If you have lost property on one of our coaches, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to help you locate and return your lost property.
What to Do If You Have Lost Property
If you have lost property on one of our coaches, please follow these steps:
- Contact us on our free phone number or by email. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your lost property, such as a description of the item, where you think you lost it, and when you last saw it.
- We will check our lost property database to see if your item has been turned in. If your item has been found, we will contact you to arrange its return.
- If your item has not been found, we will keep a record of your lost property and contact you if it is found in the future.
Lost Property Storage
We store all lost property for a period of three months. If your lost property is not claimed within three months, it will be donated to charity.
