Terms and Conditions of purchase: These terms and conditions govern the booking of coach transfer services through Airport Bus Express Ltd. You can see further details about us on our website at www.airportbusexpress.co.uk/terms-conditions.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, the terms of website use, and the terms and conditions of the selected coach operator. When you place your order you will be given the opportunity to view our Privacy Policy and that can also be seen www.airportbusexpress.co.uk/privacy-policy.
It is important that you are aware that we act as an agent for various coach operators providing airport transfers.
We are not the coach operator, when you purchase your ticket through us, we act as an agent for the coach operator. The specific coach operator for your journey will be identified on your booking confirmation and ticket. The contract for the coach transfer service itself is between you and the selected coach operator, and is subject to their terms and conditions, which will be made available to you during the booking process and/or on their website. It is important that you also read your selected coach operator's terms and conditions carefully.
Placing an Order: You can use our website to place an order by selecting the ticket you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
The price of your tickets will be shown prior to you placing your order.
Once we have received your order, we will email you a booking confirmation and ticket (if your ticker is not an e-ticked we will provide instructions on how to obtain your ticket from the relevant coach operator). The format of the ticket (e.g., e-ticket, mobile ticket, print-at-home) and the requirements for presentation will be determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms for specific instructions.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges as determined by the coach operator's terms and conditions.
You will be required to pay for your tickets in full at the time of ordering.
You are responsible for ensuring that your tickets are correct. Should you need to make any amendments this will be dependent on the relevant operator. On some occasions we may be able to make amendments, and if this is the case we will inform you in writing, this will generally be in our confirmation booking email or will be shown on any ticket provided.
Once you purchase your ticket, as set out above, the terms and conditions of the relevant operator will apply including the refund and cancellation policy of the relevant coach operator. Details of this policy will be provided during the booking process and on your ticket confirmation.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect.
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Where we are offering promotional prices, please be aware that such prices will only apply in subject to the particular promotion, for example certain promotional prices will only apply during a specific period.
We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information, further details of Sage Pay's security policy can be found here: www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy
Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments: Your ability to cancel, receive a refund, or amend your booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the coach operator providing your transfer service. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms for details on their cancellation, refund, and amendment policies.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other service disruptions caused by the coach operator or by factors outside of our reasonable control (such as traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather, or acts of God). Refunds for such disruptions will be subject to the coach operator's terms and conditions. We will, however, assist you in communicating with the operator to resolve any issues where possible.
In the event of changes to law or safety, we reserve the right to make changes to your order to ensure that we are complying with our own legal obligations.
Your ticket: Refund and amendment policies are determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation email and the operator's terms and conditions for details.
The validity of your ticket (including whether it is valid for single or return journeys, specific dates and times, etc.) is determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms and conditions.
The use and transferability of your ticket are subject to the coach operator's terms and conditions.
Ticket validity and price changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating coach company.
You must travel with your ticket according to the instructions provided by the coach operator. You must be able to present your ticket, in the format required by the operator, to the driver or any authorized representative of the operating coach company. Failure to present a valid ticket as required by the operator may result in you being denied boarding or required to purchase a new ticket, subject to the operator's terms and conditions. If you purchased an electronic ticket, you must ensure it can be displayed at all times to the driver, or any authorized employee of the operating coach company.
Your journey: Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible about the services of the coach operators, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. We rely on information provided by the coach operators and cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in service details.

Liability: Our Liability: As an agent, our liability is limited to the proper processing of your booking and the provision of accurate information regarding the coach operator's services. We are not liable for the performance of the coach transfer service itself, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of property, or any other issues arising from the operation of the coach service. Any claims related to the coach service must be directed to the operating coach company.
Miscellaneous: Choice of law: These terms and conditions, and your booking through Airport Bus Express Limited, are governed by English law. The contract for the coach transfer service itself will be governed by the laws specified in the terms and conditions of the operating coach company.
Transfer of contract by us: We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your service. We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
Validity: If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Enforcement of contract: Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn't mean we can't do it later.

We will endeavour to assist you with any queries related to your booking and, where necessary, liaise with the coach operator on your behalf. However, for issues directly related to the coach service (e.g. service cancellations, lost property on the coach), you will need to contact the operator directly.
