- 6.1. You may be asked to indicate your preferences for receiving direct marketing communications from us whilst purchasing bus tickets or otherwise registering an account with us on your website. You may also receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us and you have not opted out of receiving the marketing.
- 6.2.You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out links within any marketing communication sent to you or by contacting us at privacy@airportbusexpress.co.uk.
- 6.3. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes, for example relating to your bus trip.

- 7.1.1. Autostrade per l'Italia Spa : an Italian company who own Airport Bus Express. This will involve transferring your data outside the UK to our offices in Italy;
- 7.1.2. Professional advisors: bankers, lawyers and other such professionals, if appropriate;
- 7.1.3.Mercurio S.r.l. our booking agents or such other provider as appointed from time to time;
- 7.1.4. FreedomPay Inc. for the processing of payments or such other provider as appointed from time to time
- 7.1.5. Resend Inc. for the resending of emails.
- 8. DATA TRANSFER
- We may transfer your personal data to service providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf. This may involve transferring personal data outside the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK law . Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK to service providers, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it.

- 9.1. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
